Crew Development

At Stratus Racing Group we are committed to crew member development in all areas of operation.  Under the direction Rick Markle you will learn to perform at the level expected by any NASCAR team.  We are always looking for young men and women who have a drive and determination to become a professional crew member on a NASCAR series team.

As part of the SRG crew you will be active in all aspects of preparing the car for the current week's race.  On race weekend you will travel with the team and perform the following duties; taking the car threw inspection, making adjustments during practice, making all race preparations, being part of the "over the wall crew" during the race and anything else Rick needs done.

Additionally, you will receive pit stop training throughout the week.  Become a wrench man, jack man, tire carrier or gas man. We have trained some very successful NASCAR crew members and hope to add you to our list.
